~ Food Bank, August 4th ~

Conscious Community joins Darrin Munson and his Pneuma Project (a simple church missional community) for their monthly service effort at the new food bank. From his website, "What does it mean to live the way of Jesus outside the bounds of the institutional church? What if a group of Jesus- followers existed to serve and love the community of Reno without an agenda or ulterior motive other then love?" This is part of the small group revolution that I spoke about last month.

~ Weavers Gathering, Mon. Aug,11th, 6:30 PM ~

Group intention: I am here for mutual support to practice the universal Virtues of Love, Integrity, Courage, Service, and Respect as a way to grow spiritually and to become a catalyst for the emergence of a new society. I connect from my heart, to share my personal stories of inspiration and challenges in living the virtues everyday an d learn from others as they share theirs. We gather to support each other's passions to make a better world and weave the good already happening in our communities into a more unified power for change.
