[Peace-presence] Poetry, Peace and Music in 2008

Hi All:
 
This Friday, January 4, will be another evening of Poetry, Peace and Music
at Dreamers Coffeeshop, on the first floor of the Riverside Artists Lofts in
downtown Reno.  We'll start at about 6:30 p.m. and go til about 9:30 p.m.
 
Poetry, Peace and Music is run by Lee Dazey, Kim Elise and me.  We each
perform, and it's an open mic, with encouragement for performers of all
stripes.  We've been at this for more than four years now, and we're still
going strong.  Help us welcome in 2008 with even more art and creativity.
 
There's never a cover charge for Poetry, Peace and Music, but you oughta buy
a cup of coffee or something from Dreamers, as a way to thank them for
supporting local artists.  
 
Poetry, Peace and Music happens on the first and third Fridays of each
month.  In the winter we go from 6:30-9:30 p.m. and in the summer it runs
from 7-10 p.m.
