john is right, that we must stand united against the war - but john is  wrong, that we are ineffective. we have grown in ranks, of people willing to attend our rallies and we have reached people who remain silent but remember the truth they've heard from us, especially on election day.



we are all frustrated but "we dont have the luxury of despair; too many are depending on us." - i got that quote from john, i believe. though i cant remember who said it, i believe it was a woman.



john is also wrong about the many 9/11 truth groups being outside the peace movement. when we prove not only complicity on the part of the administration but actual conspiracy, impeachment will surely prevent any escalation of the war against iraq and prevent the one against iran.



the quest for peace is inclusive of ALL and ANY truth that may lead to stopping the ones prosecuting this and all american-led wars. if we dont believe in Truth, what can we believe in?

Let me get this straight.  The “credibility of the peace movement” in Reno/Sparks can be further diminished?  We can be any more disregarded and apparently ineffective than we are?  Is this a further dividing and conquering of ourselves?  Has not the indescribable damage done to and through Iraq since 9/11 rendered what happened on or before 9/11 virtually obsolete?  

What I hope and pray for is, not being one myself, all the great activist minds and hearts of our community drop everything else we are doing and pledge ourselves to end this war at all costs.  It will take ALL of us, that’s all I know.
