[Peace-presence] Join the Molly Ivins' Pots & Pans Brigade for the Veterans Day Parade

The Molly Ivins' Pots & Pans Brigade invites you to join their
contingent in the Veterans Day Parade on Sunday, November 11th, 2007 at
11:00 am.

Meet on Mill Street, immediately north of the Pioneer Theater (zone 9,
group 48) at 10:45 sharp! American flags will be provided. Please bring
your own pots & pans and a mallet to bang on them.

Don't forget the ear plugs! 

A few pots & pans will be available as well as ear plugs.
Transportation of the disabled provided. Please contact Gayle at 775

single day, every single one of us needs to step outside and take some
action to help stop this war. Raise hell. Think of something to make
the ridiculous look ridiculous. Make our troops know we're for them and
trying to get them out of there. Hit the streets to protest Bush's
proposed surge . . . We need people in the streets, banging pots and
pans and demanding, "Stop it, now!""
