[Peace-presence] vigil for peace in the Middle East 7/31

  On Monday night, July 31, from 6-6:30, a vigil calling for a peaceful resolution to the conflict in the Middle East will take place at the Federal Bldg, right after the regular Monday vigil. We will have silence, prayer, reflection, and song. The Catholic LIfe, Peace, and Justice Commission is sponsoring this, but if any other group wants to join in, that would be wonderful. The message is not meant to take any sides - it is simply to call for peace in Gaza, Israel, and Lebanon. If you have any questions, pleace call Lisa (232-2823) or Rita (849-1653).
