Hi All:

I wanted in invite all of you to our next Conscious
Community Meeting this Monday July 31st, 6:30 PM,
details below.  Check out news release below.

The second half of the meeting will be for assisting
those who want to participate in Get To Know Your
Neighbor Day happening on August 26th.

While we don't use the language in our message
discussing peace, Loving Your Neighbor--here meant
litteraly---is one infrastructure for a more peaceful
world.

And, the meeting happens after the Peace Vigil.

Reno, NV - - The Conscious Community Campaign
encourages northern Nevadans---young and old, and
urban and suburban---to participate in “Get To Know
Your Neighbor Day” on Saturday, August 26th by hosting
a pot-luck, block party, or coffee klatch.

“With so many studies indicating Americans feel
disconnected from their larger community,” Richard
Flyer, a founder of the Conscious Community Campaign,
noted, “we wanted to hold a regional event where a
large number of gatherings would take place
simultaneously.”

Flyer added:  “By bringing people together to talk
about common needs, we put a face on the person next
door and help people reconnect with the larger
community they participate in.”

“Get To Know Your Neighbor Day” is part of the
Conscious Community Campaign.  The campaign is a new
regional-wide movement for social renewal, that, as
part of its mission, encourages creating a purpose
driven community that focuses on demonstrating
Goodness in our lives.
